Finally finished one sock but during my Christmas knitting (all done now) that really is an accomplishment. The yarn was a present from a dear friend which is why I am calling these the Socks of Love. The yarn is Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks That Rock-Lightweight, love, love, love this yarn!

Christmas knitting

I have been very lazy about blogging lately. I’ve been knitting my Christmas gifts which leaves me little time to work on my own projects. So far I’ve made One Vine and Leaf beret for each of the little girls that I knit for, I’m half way through one Trellis lace neckwarmer for one of them, I need to make one more neckwarmer and the another Star Wars hat for the little boy. I was hoping to make  a Red Socks Hat for Do (boyfriend) as well but he may have to get that in January.

Tiny’s Blanket

The blanket is not actually for Tiny but for the family that had to give him up due to the baby’s allergies. I made this even though it won’t make up for the loss of a cat that they’ve had for 12 years.

I finished a project!

I’ve been knitting so many squares for different reasons and my knitting in public is a stole/slash scarf and I’ve been knitting a tank top in fingering weight yarn on size 3 needles and I was getting tired of only seeing squares on my project page on Ravelry so I made a hat!
